The hydrosphere encompasses all the water on Earth, whether it is liquid (oceans and rivers), solid (glaciers and ice caps), or gas (water vapor). Water is the primary driver of Earth’s climate and is essential for every known form of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The biosphere is the sum total of all living organisms on Earth, from the smallest bacteria in the deep ocean to the largest mammals on land. This sphere is unique because it is entirely dependent on the other three for survival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
